The service technician is responsible for providing on-site service to our customers around the greater Pittsburgh area. Upon completion of company-provided training, the service technician will be expected to complete assigned routes in our fully equipped vehicle compiled of servicing, repairing, and maintaining fire equipment to our established customer base. It will also be expected of the service technician to assess fire safety codes are satisfied and to propose remedies if not. Services include:
- Portable Fire Extinguishers
- Emergency Lighting Units
- Pre-Engineered Suppression Systems
Additional Qualifications & Requirements
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand/power tools
- Must be able to work in a team setting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
